As we transition into the darker, colder days, it is common for mental health to become more challenging. Acupuncture is a helpful tool to ease the transition and support your mental and emotional health during challenging times. Acupuncture promotes relaxation and reduces the impacts of stress on the body, helping your body and mind navigate this shift with ease. This ancient practice can support emotional well-being by reducing stress hormones, promoting restful sleep, and boosting mood-regulating neurotransmitters. For those feeling seasonal blues or anxiety, regular acupuncture sessions can help keep mental health balanced and create a strong foundation for the months ahead. It’s always helpful to have the support of your community, and your local healthcare practitioners. Embrace fall as a time to care for your mind and body holistically— we are here to help.

Notice for cancelling requested.

At our clinic, we strive to provide the best care possible to each and every one of you, and we ask for your help in doing so by showing up for your scheduled appointments or letting us know well in advance if you need to reschedule. When you keep your appointments, it allows us to provide consistent, quality care that builds over time and gives you the best outcomes for your health. Late cancellations or missed appointments can also impact other clients who may be waiting for a treatment slot. By giving us notice, you allow us to accommodate others who may be in need of support, and respects our time as well. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to keeping the community strong and healthy!

Remembering Remembrance day.

We honour our veterans and even our ancestors with our memory of them.  Take some mindful moments in the coming week to think of them or if you know a veteran or have a grandparent that could benefit from some company give them a call or stop by for a visit.  Companionship, friendship and visits are all a form of health care building resilience and wellness.    It’s a great season to spread the joy of  reminiscing over shared memories, making new ones , or simply providing companionship to someone who needs it.
