Registered  Acupuncturist, Massage, Reflexologist, Aromatherapist, and Traditional Chinese Medicine Diet Therapy

Originally from Alberta, Heather has happily called the Columbia Valley home for the last decade.  During this time she has operated a full service spa and has now focused her offerings to specific highly effective health enhancing treatments.  She also recently completed her training in Acupuncture and Oriental medicine and as a registered acupuncturist is excited to offer these popular treatment options in her wellness clinic.

Heather finds and enjoys a variety of opportunities to restore and celebrate her own health through yoga, hiking, gardening, biking and skiing in the Columbia Valley area.

A massage therapist and reflexologist with 32 years of experience, Heather has completed the 2,200-hour Canadian Equivalency Exam in massage and teaches advanced massage techniques. Heather is registered with Natural Health Practitioners Canada and her services for massage may meet requirements for some health spending or insurance plans. She is also a certified Aromatherapist, a life-long student of herbalism (medicinal use of plants) and registered acupuncturist.

A diverse variety of health treatment tools to assist young or old, healthy or ill, are available through Heather’s skillful hands, loving heart and active mind.

Lanna grew up in the Columbia valley and always had an interest in a holistic approach to medicine. Upon travelling she experienced and gained a curiosity in eastern healthcare and became fascinated by the importance of ancient practises of medicine in modern times. She treats a wide variety of health concerns and specializes in sound healing, massage, cupping and fascia acupuncture/gua sha. Lanna hopes she can provide every patient with a deeper understanding of their own unique health and vitality goals.
